We will email you confirmation of the items that you purchase. If any item is out of stock you will be notified at the earliest. You will be provided a tax invoice for your purchase.

You the customer, hereby indemnify us against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against us by any person arising from the provision of any goods and materials supplied by us.

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. We take extra care in packaging fragile goods but take no responsibility for fragile items such as glassware if they get damaged during the delivery.


Shipping Policy

We unfortunately can no longer ship out our products via postal shipping. We offer local balloon/product delivery, and click and collect. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Insurance

All orders are registered and insured to their full value.

Out of stock items

Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. If this happens we will contact you immediately with details, and discuss alternative options. You will not be charged until all matters have been resolved to your satisfaction.


Refund and Returns Policy

At Geelong Party Supplies we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund and Return Policy prior to you making a purchase from us so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Sales Team.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If any goods arrive damaged or are found to be faulty, please contact our Sales Team within 48 hours. Geelong Party Supplies will arrange to have the damaged/faulty goods returned to our store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you once the damaged/faulty goods have been received and deemed to have been damaged in transit or faulty. Damaged/faulty goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Refunds

Refunds will be made by Geelong Party Supplies via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of the damaged/faulty goods being returned.

Delivery Charges

Where Geelong Party Supplies considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Geelong Party Supplies will be refunded.
